San Patricio Avenue. Public Notice was hereby given that the City Council may elect to go into closed session at any time during the meeting in order to discuss matters listed on the agenda concerning personnel, consultation with the city attorney, real estate acquisition, or other purposes authorized under the "Open Meetings Act". In the event the City Council elects to go into closed session regarding an agenda item; the purpose of the closed session and the section of the Open Meetings Act authorizing the session will be publicly announced by the presiding officer. Ruben Perez with the San Patricio County Emergency Management, presented the 2024 San Patricio County. Muli-urisdictiona! Emergency Operations Plan. The officeo oft fthe San PatricioCounty. Emergency management would like for the City of Mathis 10 adopt the 2024 version of the plan. The last one was updated in 2019. The purpose oft this plan is to help San Patricio County and its jurisdictions by defining an organization during an emergency, accident or national hazard. Mr. Lyndon Nance with Emerald Hill Water Co. provided information on projects he has done and what he plans for the future. He informed that he is wanting to start a project with the City to enhance a better water system. Discussion and presentation regarding GOGoV, a citizen notification and alerts, citizen request manage- ment application. Mr. Davis presenteda as short clip of how the GOGoV is designed and used in the. surrounding cities that use the application. I has manyfeatures. such as work orders, utility bill pay, commmication to the communily whenever. important information needs to be shared and more. No action taken at this time. 12.
