FORNEY 7B5 MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING Forney City Hall, 101 East Main Street Forney, TX 75126 Monday, Apri129,2024-6:00, p.m.  I.  CALL TOORDER  Director of Community Development Peter Morgan called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Present wereb board members Belinda Davis, Brennan Dedon, and Richard Hansen. City ofForney staff member Peter Morgan was present. Board members Richard Cunningham, Noman Habib, and Brandi Westmoreland were absent. Board member Christie Conaway was absent due to  having a proximity conflict with the request. II. PUBLIC HEARINGI ITEMS  1. Hold a Public Hearing and discuss and consider a request for a certificate of appropriateness, in accordance with the Historic Overlay Zone District regulations, to  construct a swimming pool at 305 S. Center Street.  Peter Morgan introduced the item. Public hearing was opened at 6:05 p.m. During public comment no one spoke, and the public hearing was closed at 6:06 p.m. After al brief discussion, Richard Hansen made ai motion to approve the item. Brennan Dedon seconded the motion. The  motion passed by a vote of3 ayes and 0 nays.  III. ADJOURNMENT  There being no further business to bring before the board, Richard Hanson made a motion to adjourn. Brennan Dedon seconded the: motion. The motion passed by a vote of3 ayes and 0 nays.
