August 22, 2024  Mayor Perry called the Public Hearing Open @ 10:00 a.m. Upon opening the public hearing there were no citizens present. Commissioners. April James and Robert Ervin were present. At 10:10 a.m. Mayor Mayor Perry called the meeting to order @ 10:11. Robert Ervin and April. James were still the only commissioners present. The only item for consideration is to adopt Resolution for Submission of application to USDA for grant assistance for a public works vehicle. Commissioner. James moved to approve the submission with a second from Commissioner Ervin. Motion carried. @ 10:13 a.m. Commissioner Ervin made the motion to adjourn with a second from Commissioner. James.  Perry closed the public hearing to move on to the opening of the called meeting.  Motion carried.  Mayor David Perry  City Secretary
