Roll Call - Declaration ofa Quorum  Mayor Maxton and Council Members: Stroup, Rhoden, Olvera, Koerner, Parker,  and Muenchow.  With a quorum present, the meeting was called to order at 4:01 PM. 2. Pledge of Allegiance - The Pledge of Allegiance was recited in unison.  CITIZENS and GUESTI FORUM  3. Citizens to be heard - No citizens signed up tol bel heard. City Council convened into closed session at 4:02 PM regarding:  CONVENE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION Sec. 551.074 (Personnel Matters)  4. To conduct interviews, individually, of applicants for vacancies on various boards,  commissions, and committees for the City of Fair Oaks Ranch. Council Member Stroup left the meeting at 4:32 PM. Council Member Muenchow left the meeting at 5:16 PM. Council Member. Stroup rejoined the meeting at 5:34 PM. Council Member Muenchow rejoined the meeting at 5:51 PM.  RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION  Mayor Maxton reconvened into Open Session at! 5:59 PM. No action was taken.  ADJOURNMENT  Mayor Maxton adjourned the meeting at 5:59 PM.
