Itl began at 6:35 p.m. and was presided over by President  Samantha Merz, with Carol Junco as thes secretary.  n. PLAN Activities: An update was provided on the upcoming presentation oft the PLAN report and B. Building Extension Plans: Update on the ongoing plans for library expansion, including : 5k Run: Update needed from VPI Lacy Schott. Low participation enrollment reported. D. Love YourLibrary Event: Discussion on event organization and need for advertising assistance. A. Board Vacancies: Discussion on the status ofr new àpplicants for the Library Advisory Board. No new applications were available for consideration. Discussion on changing bylaws for student B. Secretary' Transition: Carol. Junco officially stepped down as Secretary, with Lauren Cortez Roberts Rules of Order: Decision to conduct meetings more formally with limited intervention D. Upcoming Events: Planning for Volunteer Day, Dr. Seuss Day, and STEAM Camps during E. - LAB. Application Process: Review oft the draft application instructions presented by Lauren  recommendations tot the City Council on February 20th. engagement with an architect and pending final schematics.
