CALL TO ORDER  (The following items were considered in accordance with the official agenda posted on  Board Member, Susan Hampton, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.  ROLL CALLINIRODUCTIONS Noi introductions. PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comments were given. APPROVAL OF MINUTES May 15, 2024, regular meeting  1. Consider approval of the following Library Board minutes:  Board Member Patterson made a motion to approve the minutes. Motion was seconded by  Board Member Clifford. Motion passed unanimously.  NEW BUSINESS  2. Review and discussion regarding the Annual Library Satisfaction Survey. Library Director, Maria Redburn, reviewed the 2024. Annual Library Satisfaction Survey. The survey will be active September 1 - October 31. Redburn reported that she would like to close the survey at the end of October sO that comments can be used in the Library Business Plan.  1    Library Board Minutes August 21, 2024  Approved  REPORTS  7. Discussion and distribution of Library Director's Report.  The Composite report is currently unavailable due to an issue with Excel not linking the new monthly reports. Director's Report was distributed and is attached to the minutes.  NEXT MEETING  8. The next meeting of the Library Advisory Board is Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Irvin and seconded by Board Member  ADJOURNMENT McDonald.  The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m. by Board Member Hampton.
