STATE OFTEXAS COUNTY OF WINKLER  On this the 12th day of August, 2024, the Commissioners' Court of Winkler County, Texas, met in Regular Term of Court at the Courthouse in Kermit, Texas,  with the following members present to wit:  Charles M. Wolf Billy Stevens Robbie Wolf Victor Berzoza Homero Lujan Pam Greene  County Judge  Commissioner, Precinct No. 1 Commissioner, Precinct No. 2 Commissioner, Precinct No.3 Commissioner, Precinct No. 4 County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of Commissioners' Court  Constituting a quorum for Court, at which time the following among other At9:00 o'clock A.M. (c) Claims against county.  (d) Payment in the amount of $95.00 to Literacy Coalition of  the Permian Basin for Kermit Library Membership fee from budgeted  funds.  (e) Payment in the amount of $5600.00 to Diamond A Ranch for (f) Payment in the amount of $100.00 to State Farm and Casualty Company for surety bond for James Darin Mitchell, Winkler County  Caliche from budgeted lateral road funds.  Sheriff from budgeted funds.    (g) Adding Pam Holder to signature card for Health Benefit Fund Account at WestT Texas National Bank effective August 122,2024. (h) Payment in the amount of $18.50 to Western Surety Company for surety bond for Lilyanne Johns, Justice of the Peace Pct, 2 clerk Approval of contracts forj juvenile offender placement:  from budgeted funds. Residential Services between Winkler County Juvenile Probation and The West Texas Boys Ranch for the period September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025; Agreement between Winkler County and Taylor County Juvenile Justice Center for the period of Septemberl, Residential Services between Winkler County Juvenile Probation and Gulf Coast Trades Center, Inc. for the period September 1,2024 through August 31, 2025; iv.
