Steve Parrish, Pct. 1, stated they were patching roads.  Carl Cannon, Pct. 3, stated they were almost done mowing, and boom maxing. Public Comment  Judge Osborne spoke about the budget, sewer pipes in the Courthouse, mold in the Annex, and Hear Comments in reference to the following Agenda Items Only- time limit 3 minutes, one person at at time will be called from thel Public Participation Forms submitted. Action Items  a) Discuss and take action on memorandum of Understanding between the City of Madisonville and Madison County for shared funding responsibilities relative to the Judge Osborne made a motion to postpone; Commissioner Pohorelsky gave a second; Judge Osborne called for a vote to postpone Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Madisonville and Madison County for shared funding responsibilities relative to the  Madisonville Volunteer Fire Department. Jail.  g) Discuss and take action on seeking bids for a 250KW generator for the Madison County Judge Osborne made a motion to disapprove; Commissioner Cannon gave a second; Judge Osborne called for a vote to disapprove seeking bids for a 250KW generator for the Madison  Judge Osborne provided information to the court. MOTION CARRIED.  4Page    h) Discuss and take action on: seeking bids for Security Electronic Door Control System and Judge Osborne made a motion to deny; Commissioner Pohorelsky gave a second; Judge Osborne called for a vote to deny seeking bids for Security Electronic Door Control System. Discuss and take action on Courthouse Annex mold mitigation measures and: seek bids, Judge Osborne made a motion to approve; Commissioner Parrish gave a second; Judge Osborne called for a vote to approve Courthouse Annex mold mitigation measures currently being done and to cap the initial funding at $25,000.00 from contingency, all in favor.  ifnecessary, and funding for same. Judge Osborne provided information to the court.  MOTION CARRIED.  Discuss and take action on hiring a consultant to inspect Courthouse sewer piping and, if necessary, seeking bids for the repair/replacement and funding for same.
