Georgia Hernandez received Certificates of completion from the Texas Department of Public Safety on CJIS Tech topic - Modernization Effort, FACT Clearinghouse Training, Missing Person/Conditions of Bond, TCIC/TLETS Updates, Crimes Against Property, Adult and Juvenile Arrest, Adult Prosecutor and Court, Error Resolution, Juvenile Pre-Adjudication and Court, and Responsibilities of Terminal agency Coordinator (TAC), totaling 13 hours of education. 6. This law requires each commissioners' court to: set fees charged for civil services by the: sheriffs and constables and directs that Commissioner Cannon made a motion to approve; Commissioner Wiseman gave a second; Judge Osborne called fora a vote to approve FY2025 Sheriff's and Constables' fees as required e) Discuss and take action on Workfare Agreement with Texas Workforce Commission.
