Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas flags- -J Judge Osborne  2. DISCUSS DEPARTMENT REQUESTS FOR FY2025 BUDGET.  Discussions were held on the following department requests for FY2025 budget.  County Jail County Sheriff Courthouse Security District Attorney Historical Commission Meals on Wheels Commissioner Pct. 1 Commissioner Pct. 2 Commissioner Pct. 3 Commissioner Pct.. 4  Discussions were held on cost-of-living adjustments, health insurance, retirement cost-of-living Judge Osborne made a motion to recess; Commissioner Pohorelsky gave a second; Judge Osborne called for a vote to recess until August 9, 2024, 2:00 p.m., all in favor. Meeting was recessed Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 5:08 p.m. Meeting reconvened Friday, August 9, 2024, at 2:04 p.m. Discussion on agenda item 2, continued.
