OPEN MEETING-Judge Eric Ramos called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE- was led by Judge Eric Ramos ROLLI CALL-J Judge Eric Ramos called for roll call:  Present: Eric Ramos, County Judge,  Eduardo "Eddie" Garza, Commissioner Precinct #1, Rolando Gutierrez, Commissioner Precinct #2, Horacio Villarreal III, Commissioner Precinct #3, Ernesto "Pepe" Williams, Commissioner Precinct #4.  Absent: Elvaray B. Silvas, County & District Clerk. Staff Present: Missy A. Saavedra, Deputy County Clerk  PUBLICE HEARING B  Judge Ramos stated that we are here to allow the public to address their concerns on the proposed tax rate that was voted on: the proposed tax: rate being $0.884988; the No-New Revenue Judge Ramos stated that the Court would wait till about 6:10 or so, for any comments from Motion: to adjourn at 6:13 PM, Action: Adjourn, Moved by Eduardo "Eddie" Garza, Commissioner Precinct #1, Seconded by Ernesto "Pepe" Williams, Commissioner Precinct #4.  tax rate of $0.884988; and the Voter-approval tax rate of $0.922255. the public. Judge Ramos stated that it was 6:11 PM and no one was present.  Motion passed unanimously.  Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes=5).
