Also, there is a winter Texan that will be Ricardo Rodriguez addressed the Court in reference to a bid that he wanted to place but wasn'table to: meet the deadline and informed the courti that he wants to do the work at1 the Library.  providing a free genealogy class.  The Court continued to discuss line item #4.  Terri A.
