The MowerMax lease agreement will be for 4. years with Candence Bank, with the first payment being due today. Commissioner Wuebker made al motion to take the money from her budgeted health insurance line and payback to make that payment. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 19. Discussion and/or action concerning Vahia Pipeline. Discussion only, Discussed having bonds in place with the road use agreement.. 20. Review and discussion of Road and Bridge precinct work reports. including Administrator's progress report. Jeff Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, stated that he has one case ofcovid. He also has a foreman that is still out.. Jeffi informed thati is purchased the belly dump trailer but did not purchase the haul truck. Jeffs stated he received an cmail about removing endangered species from the debris under bridges. Judge Blliott is going to get the permits to burn the limbs for FEMA from TCEQ and the Texas Historical Commission. Jeffinformed that 21. Discussion and/or action concerning the approving of payment of bills. including reimbursements. late charges. the transfer of cash or funds from any line item or departments to another. book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action concerning department or non-departmental Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the payment of all bills, budget amendments, and payroll. 22. Discussion and/or action concerning 2024-2025 budget including anticipated income and expenses: the Falls County Detention Center: departmental linc items: all funds. including general fund and Farm-to-Market Lateral Road Fund. upcoming year's Appraisal District Budget: fees for processing.payrolk: and as relevant. what County shall charge school districts for assessing and collecting taxes. and/or other services: and other matters conceming said budget. including budget requests from any elected official, or office heads. Judge Elliott presented the changes that the Sheriff's Office brought to him for consideration. The. Judge and Commissioner's discussed and decided tol keep the budget the same. The only change that was made was adding Commissioner Green made a motion to add $1, from contingency, to the line item for the g" deputy. the deadline for the debris to be cleaned up is November 16, 2024, items with line items that go past their budgeted amounts.
