Ms. April from CACOST also addressed the Court in reference to the construction of the walking trail on County land, which is being funded by the Hogg Foundation for mental health. Eli Alvarado, Alvarado Architect and Associates gave a short presentation in reference to the walking trail; invites the community to the official groundbreaking ceremony on January 26, 2023; February 2nd is the  starting date and should be completed by June.
