Public Comments 5  Irma Menchaca addressed the Court in reference to Texas one bite rule and asking for 2. Discuss, Consider and Act on approving the modified Bid from Zambrano Roofing. Honorable Judge Eric Ramos referred that previously it was discussed that the bid was to be paid after completion, in speaking tol Mr. Zambrano hei is asking for half now and the other half after completion. Motion: to accept the modified bid, Action: Approve, Moved by Horacio Villarreal III, Commissioner Precinct #3, Seconded by Eric Ramos, County Judge. (on file)  righteousness and justice.
