Budget Workshop 2  The Court discussed increases and decreases of the 2023-2024 budget year: Increase to deputies; juvenile department per legislative update that is being mandated Discussed the increases and decreases to revenue budget worksheet Discussed proposal for the general fund increases and decreases per department  and included in packet  Elected official increase  Added a position to the Judges office for a grant writer (funded by a grant)  Proposal ofa4h person in the County and District clerk    O EMC added to general fund (will be funded by grant) contracted service. Discussed having to supplement the raise given last year and adding it to the general  fund, since it was taken from the fund balance  4.
