On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve the minutes of the Regular and Public Hearing Court Meetings of June 2024. Motion passed with all members voting "Aye" and 2. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve the payment of bills. Motion passed with all members 3. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve the department reports. Motion passed with all members 4. Onar motion made Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we accept the donation of 2024 Ford Taurus Whtie 15 passenger Van from the Wyatt Foundation for the Duval County Civic Centers. Onamotion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we allow every department to purchase bottled waters or any form ofwater in dispensed form. Purchase Gatoradeslelectrolyle beverage products for all employees scientifically formulated for rapid rehydration. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve ITC Corporation annual webhosting and domains (emails) beginning April 1, 2024 for Sheriff's department in the amount of $269.00. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 8. Onar motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve annual software fee of $4,950.001 for 5/1/2024- 5/1/2025 for Duval County Clerk. Motion carried with all members voting 9. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we accept donation of $50,000.00 from the Wyatt foundation to the Duval County Historical Commission. Motion carried with all members voting 10. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we adopt the Resolution for authorizing signatories for contractual and financial documents with the Texas General Land Office on behalf of Duval County for the Local Hazard Mitigation Plans Program. Motion carried 11.On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and Commissioner Garza that we adopt a Resolution to designate authorized signatories for the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program. Motion carried with all 12. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we adopt a Resolution authorizing the submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant program application and adopting required CDBG Civil Rights policies for Duval County 2023 Colonia Fund. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 13. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve the TCDRS (Texas County/District Retirement System at 150% employer matching for 2025 Plan. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve local agreement between Duval County and Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service for 23-24 Ferol Hog Abatement grant from October 1, 2023 throughAugust 31, 2024 in the amount of $14,000.00 ($10,000.00 reimbursement and $4,000.00 local.) Motion carried with all 18. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and Commissioner Perez approve the continuation with Halo-Flight, provide emergency care (911) and/or emergency transfer service (hospital) with in Duval County from 1/1/2025 thru 1/1/2030. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and 19. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we accept Governor's Declaration of Disaster 7/5/2024 Declaration ofLocal Disaster of Declaration for Duval County Extension of Local Disaster of Declaration for Duval County, Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" 20. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we go in to Executive Session. Motion carried with all members On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve an extension of tax abatement (Duval County Order No. 2018-004) until December 31, 2024 and related consideration of deferral payment of $25,000.00 to Duval County. Motion carried with all members 21. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we go into Executive Session. Motion carried with all members On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we authorize to draft a Tax Abatement agreement and related matters (orders, resolutions/notices) between Dove Run LLC, Sun Cactus LLC, Dove Wing LLC, and Jumping Cactus and Duval County with terms approved and or amended by the Court as outlined in the Tax Abatement application submitted by the above named entities and that final proposed Tax Abatement agreement be considered on the August Commissioners  "Against" none.  members voting "Aye" and "Against none.
