Onar motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve annual software fee of $4,950.001 for 5/1/2024- 5/1/2025 for Duval County Clerk. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we accept donation of $50,000.00 from the Wyatt foundation to the Duval County Historical Commission. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we adopt the Resolution for authorizing signatories for contractual and financial documents with the Texas General Land Office on behalf of Duval County for the Local Hazard Mitigation Plans Program. Motion carried 11.On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and Commissioner Garza that we adopt a Resolution to designate authorized signatories for the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and Commissioner Perez approve the continuation with Halo-Flight, provide emergency care (911) and/or emergency transfer service (hospital) with in Duval County from 1/1/2025 thru 1/1/2030. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we go in to Executive Session. Motion carried with all members On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve an extension of tax abatement (Duval County Order No. 2018-004) until December 31, 2024 and related consideration of deferral payment of $25,000.00 to Duval County.
