Katy Salinas stated that we did have one but when the County made a 10% pay cut, is when we stopped doing the pay scale. August Patroelj, County Auditor stated that he wanted toj point out that next year we will not have a $300,000 payment and the one -time payment of $100,000 for  the airport, sO there will be extra monies available.
