Public Comments  Elisa Torres addressed the Court stating that she lives on CR 308 and is wondering what can be done to fix their county road. She has spoken to Commissioner Villarreal and to the Road and Bridge Department and nothing has been done since November 2022. Mrs. Torres also addressed the Court ini reference tol Mr. Sharp on CR 309 that is also complaining about the roads not getting fixed. Mrs. Torres asked the Court that she wants to be placed on the next agenda to  discuss ai resolution to this issue.  2. Discuss, Considera and Act on paying invoices to Jaime's Air Conditioning & Motion: to approve line item # 2 (all 4 invoices), Action: Approve, Moved by Horacio Villarreal III, Commissioner Precinct #3, Seconded by Eduardo "Eddie" Garza, Commissioner  Refrigeration   Precinct #1. Motion passed unanimously.  Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes=4). Discuss, Consider, and Act on paying invoice of $32,000 to L&MTrucking for the demolition of the Home Economics building at the Alaniz Fairgrounds.  Honorable Judge Ramos stated that at the last meeting mentioned that the buildings had to be moved by March 15th, but on the end of March 13th he received a phone call from ChiefRami  has now been changed to April 1st. Discuss status oft the Blumer Building. E  Honorable Judge Eric Ramos three major issues: (foundation estimate to fix $31,800 / entire building $75,873.56); plumbing restroom on the first floor issue (possible gas leak/break in cast iron $5,000) and mold issue. But in all the Blumer building is ready to go once these small  fixes are done.  6.
