Discuss and consider ratifying the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Maintenance Grant Contract No. C-01638 with the Office of the Attorney General and Andrews County in the amount of $8,028.67 for the term September 1, 2024 to August 31, II. Discuss and consider approving the Fifth Contract Renewal for the Participating Entity Services Agreement for the Statewide. Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS), Contract No. 202344900.30201, with Appriss Insights, LLC, for the term September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025, at a cost up to $8,028.67, which will be reimbursed under the grant contract with the Office of the Attorney General. Consider approving the financial obligations and payroll payment for Andrews County  11:4.024 and 114.025, identified as the Red Book.
