He: suggested the Historic Onancock School (HOS) be fenced off Priscilla Hart - Ms. Hart feels encouraged the parking issues are being addressed. She isconcerned about a zoning ordinance that was removed at the. Julyt town council meeting. Because there were not two public notices; therefore, according to the Virginia law Article XII - off street parking did not get removed. This was ap procedural d.
