ittas McIntosh Town Council Minutes Mcintosh Town Council Meeting Civic Center 5835 Avenue G April 11, 2019 The meeting was called to order with the reciting of the Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken with Council President Mullikin, Council Member Roddy, Council Member Ciotti, Council Member Callahan, Mayor Hamilton, Attorney Wolking and Town Manager Nelson present. Vice President Kingsley absent. Consent Agenda Items: 2019 was read. 1) Minutes of the Town Council Meetings for March 2019 were read. The financial report for March. Council Member Callahan made a motion to accept the minutes and financial report. Council Member Roddy seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried 4-0 to accept the consent agenda. Citizen Comments: Flo Orlik - asked that council meeting minutes be placed on the town's website Patty Dodd- said the plant sale was fabulous Bill Miles- asked for water turn off/on rate evaluation Citizen Board Committee Updates: Message from the Town Manager: Council approved Nelson finding a competitive interest rate and moving a $101,739.72 CD Nelson said she received an unsolicited letter from an individual who offered $10,000 for the yellow building. Council asked Nelson to get a survey of the property and they would discuss it at a future accordingly when the CD matures in May. meeting. Message from the Attorney Unfinished Business: 1) Callahan made a motion for the second reading of Ord.No. 2019-01- Flood plain ordinance Roddy seconded. Motion passed 4-0 by a roll call vote: Roddy: Yes Callahan: Yes Ciotti: Yes Kingsley: Absent Mullikin: Yes New Business 1. Review of Mcintosh Charter- Ciotti proposed a review of the town's charter. Roddy made a motion to establish a charter review committee to serve for six months. The board would be made up of six members from the community. Callahan seconded.
