MINUTES 03/12/2024  Town of Inglis Regular Commission Meeting March 12, 2024  Time: 6PM Prayer & Pledge Roll Call:  Place: Town Hall  Commissioner Harry Brodhead (Present) Commissioner Veronica Reardon (Present)  Commissioner David Jacobs-Pratt (Present) Attorney Fugate (Present)  Motion to Adopt Consent Agenda  Commissioner Harry Brodhead made a motion to Adopt the Consent Agenda, Seconded by Commissioner David Jacobs-  Pratt. Motion passed 3-0. 1. Minutes: February13,2024 February 22,2024  Consent Agenda  Planning Commission March! 5, 2024  Motion to Adopt Agenda As Written  Commissioner Harry Brodhead made a motion to Adopt Agenda As Written, Seconded by Commissioner David. Jacobs- Pratt.  Motion passed 3-0. 2. Old Business: 3. New Business:  Regular Agenda  Public Boat Ramp at Elkins Road: Drew' White  Commission has concerns about Liability if the town owned the Boat Ramp. Attorney Fugate will do a Title Search to see who owns the Elkins Boat Ramp.  Louis Molina made a comment regarding parking and traffic on Elkins Road. Louis Molina suggested to table Elkins Boat  Ramp and do more research.  Commissioner Harry Brodhead stated his concerns about parking.  James Sparkman suggested having more research before voting on Elkins Boat Ramp.    MINUTES 03/12/2024  2  Sara Brooks stated that ownership does need tol be established. Patrick Moore stated concerns about parking and traffic.  Peter Hawkins had a question regarding Title Seach ont the Elkins Boat Ramp.  Susie Dorris mentioned the Maintenace and upkeep if thet town takes over the Boat Ramp. Drew White stated that the Boat Ramp was given tol Inglis and wants to keep it as al Public Boat Ramp.
