Current Residential Rate is currently $60 and Commercial is currently $129, flat fee per year. New methodology will be based on square footage for Fire Assessment Rating. Vacant Land will now! have at fee as well. Commissioner Steve Schwing states that this will be an annual fee increase from $60 to the newi fee that Commissioner Isaac' Young states that if there are two structures on the property, the fee will be for Commissioner. Joyce Schwing states that this fee will increase possibly every year or two years due to Motion to raise annual Fire Assessment rate to $76.00 by Commissioner Steve Schwing. Tammy Ballinger introduces herself to Town Commissioners, talks about professional background and Town Clerk, Cery Logeman-requests that Tamara Slagle be allowed to work part time to assist with Commissioner J.S Schwing: states that she would not want to have an outside vendor and would like to have a clear-cut job description for Tamara Slagle with pay information.
