RESOLUTION NO. 2022-18 - AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL GENERAL RELEASE; A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF GOLF, FLORIDA (VILLAGE) AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL GENERAL RELEASE BETWEEN KINGA EVA STYPEREK- GROHMANN AND THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER  PURPOSES.  3.
