This discussion may include, but will not be limited to, the scheduling the City Manager's assignments? "micro managing"? Approval authority for planning projects. Receive and File requirement. B. C. Interim development projects: acceptable versus discouraged. D. Requirements for public improvements: All at once versus phased? Arterial streets versus local streets? Restrictions/Prohibitions on new billboards? E. Should the Planning Commission have more or less authority than presented in the Planning Application Approval Authority Matrix? If_the authority does not change, what process shall a single Council Member use to demonstrate their disagreement with a Planning At our first norming session it was left open as to whether City Council should attend Commission meetings.
