NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE. JACKSBORO CITY COUNCIL MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2024  Notice is hereby given that the Jacksboro City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, September 23, 2024, beginning at 5:30 pm, at City Hall, 112 W. Belknap Street, Jacksboro, Texas as prescribed by V.T.C.S., Government Code, $552.041, to consider the following agenda items. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice. All agenda items are subject to discussion and action. Council and Staff will not be able to deliberate on any item that is not on the agenda. For sucha an item, the governmental body may either: (1) make a statement of fact regarding the item; (2) make a statement concerning the policy regarding the item; or (3) propose that the item be placed on a future agenda. The Jacksboro City Council reserves the right to recess and/or reconvene into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any oft the matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code Title 5, Chapters 551.071 - 551.090.
