Lyons Illand Stephanie Botti of 2551 Myers Lane own 123.80 acres of vacant land that has an R-42 zoning designation. This land is Lot 2 from the first Lyons-Bottil Plan that was approved in September of 2023. 181 August 5, 2024 The owners would like to subdivide off 25.129 acres to potential buyers for the purpose of building as single-family home. The new lot must acquire sewage planning approval from PADEP. Proposed Lot 3h has adequate frontage on Ridge Road.
