The Office ofTransit has recently worked with RTC through the Technical Assistance Review (TAR). process. In this, it was discovered that they have not met the conditions for Federal reimbursement. As aj result, ODOT has suspended reimbursement to RTC until the requirements are met. REPORT OF COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES  Still have not received insurance rates for high deductible plans. YODER Attended online CCAO Taxation Finance meeting.  Attended an online meeting with Lakeview Mayor regarding Economic Development for Village of] Lakeview. Met with Cynthia Heffer JFS Director and Jaine Summers FCFC Director to discuss FCFC rent agreement for Memorial Hall office space. Ms. Heffner will be working to provide rent agreement language for  Commissioners to review.  REPORT OF COMMISSIONER MARK ROBINSON REPORT OF COMMISIONER JOE ANTRAM COMMISSIONERS DISCUSSION  No Report Not Present  Discussed Huntsville American Legion request to transfer funds to Belle Center American Legion as Huntsville will be merging with Belle Center Post. Due to the ORC, there are. no previsions that allow for the $500 that is allotted for Memorial Day expenses to be transferred. Therefore, the request has been denied. Discussed 2025 County employee insurance plans. The item has been tabled until Thursday, September 12th,no Discussed Bellefontaine Municipal Court recommendations on OPD reimbursement for court appointed counsel concerning reimbursement for interpreting services when used in court to speak with clients. Courts provide interpreters to Defendants who request these services free of charge. Regardless, ift they are indigent or not. County currently has resolution 82-19 that states that we will reimburse for court appointed counsel fees, extraordinary fees, transcripts, and mileage fees. It does noti include expert fees, competency evaluations, investigators, ori interpreters. The Municipal Court has discussed these issues and has worked together to request amendments and revisions to the current resolution. Commissioners have tabled this issue to review the Approved Schneider Electric Proposal $476.00 for Remote Support for Server Error 97 at SheriffOffice. Mr. Wickline explained there were three annexation petitions filed for Lakeview properties. Mr. Wickline also indicated that of Christine Dixon property removed from the annexation and that the annexation is only the Durnell property. Mr. Scott explained the purpose oft the annexation is tol have access to village utilities. No further comments were made. A soft roll out oft the upgraded county website has been suggested for September  23 and finished roll out to begin on September 30th. Civic Plus prorated county contract date. Spoke with State Representative Barhorst on the contribution amount allowed for Memorial Day Expenses will  be taken under advisement.  REPORT OF COMMISIONER JOE ANTRAM  Attended Open Roads Renewable public meeting held at Indian Lake High School. Attended Midwest US Japan Association Annual meeting September 8-10.  COMMISSIONERS DISCUSSION  Discussed OPD reimbursement request to amend resolution 82-19. Commissioners suggested a meeting be scheduled with the Municipal Court to provide additional information on the request to amend resolution 82-19. Discussed county contribution towards Village of] Lakeview. Job Ohio Grant to help with the Economic Development plan study for the new downtown Lakeview. Stokes Township has committed to $5K and CIC has also contributed funds. County has been asked to committee $7500 to 10K. Commissioner Robinson suggested increasing the contribution that the county currently makes to the CIC and having the CIC manage and distribute the funds the county contributes. Commissioner Robinson moved to contribute $5K to CIC for. Job's Ohio Land Study for the Village ofLakeview. Commissioner Antram seconded. Motion carried.  No action taken.
