Due to the ORC, there are. no previsions that allow for the $500 that is allotted for Memorial Day expenses to be transferred. Therefore, the request has been denied. The item has been tabled until Thursday, September 12th,no Discussed Bellefontaine Municipal Court recommendations on OPD reimbursement for court appointed counsel concerning reimbursement for interpreting services when used in court to speak with clients. Courts provide interpreters to Defendants who request these services free of charge. Regardless, ift they are indigent or not. County currently has resolution 82-19 that states that we will reimburse for court appointed counsel fees, extraordinary fees, transcripts, and mileage fees. It does noti include expert fees, competency evaluations, investigators, ori interpreters. Stokes Township has committed to $5K and CIC has also contributed funds. County has been asked to committee $7500 to 10K. Commissioner Robinson suggested increasing the contribution that the county currently makes to the CIC and having the CIC manage and distribute the funds the county contributes.
