The Pledge of Allegiance followed.  AGENDA AMENDMENTS:  None.  COMMISSIONER DISCLOSURES:  Pursuant to Code of Virginia 2.2-3708.3 and Town of Purcellville Resolution 21-06-06, Mr. Neham has requested toj participate in this meeting by electronic communication from ai remote location that is not open to the public. Due to a medical condition, Mr. Neham will be participating int this meeting remotely from his home. As required by law, aj physical quorum of the Planning Commission is present int the Council Chambers, and Town Staffhave arranged for the voice of Mr. Neham to bel heard by all persons int the Council Chambers. Mr. Neham made the request within the timeframe required by policy and the Town Attorney has determined that his request meets the requirements for remote participation. The Planning Commission will record ini its minutes the reason for Mr. Neham' 's remote participation and the location from  which he participated. DISCUSSION ITEMS:  7.a Zoning Ordinance Public Hearing Preparation  The Commission discussed how they will approach the upcoming public hearing for the Zoning Ordinance. They made edits to the draft presentation for introducing the Zoning Ordinance at the  public hearing. The presentation draft can be found in the agenda packet. Commissioner Green volunteered to give the presentation at the public hearing.  ACTIONITEMS:  8.al Resolution 24-07-02 Setting the Planning Commission Meeting Times Vice Chair Neham requested for the Commission to not vote on this resolution. Vice Chair Neham made a motion to not adopt the resolution at this meeting. PLANNING COMMISSIONER COMMENTS:  Commissioner Green thanked everyone: for their hard work on the Zoning Ordinance rewrite. Chair Forbes thanked Director Wilkes for her dedication and hard work. She also thanked the Commission for going above and beyond on the Zoning Ordinance rewrite.
