PUBLIC NOTICE  The Planning and Zoning Commission of San Saba, Texas will hold a public hearing prior to the meeting on Thursday, September 26!, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the City Hall in the Council Chambers, 303 S. Clear Street, to receive comments on a zoning variance, in compliance with Chapter 551, Govt. Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated (OPEN MEETINGS LAW) as  follows:  1. Call to Order and announce quorum is present.  2. Open Public Hearing  PUBLICI HEARING-1 12:00) P.M.  The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 12:00 p.m. on September 26, 2024, to receive comments from the Public regarding the following:  1)  Deryl Hoyt and Heath Eckerman, owners of D&H Properties, LLCis requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the San Saba City Council approve a Zoning Change for property located at' 708 E. Audience Presentations: None  Citizens who desire to address the Commission on any matter may sign up to do. so prior to this meeting.
