Hess showed a PowerPoint Presentation on energy savings solutions and funding options for capital projects. Commissioners responded that there was not a need for these services in Fulton County at Motion by Commissioner Bunch to enter into Executive Session at 9:45 a.m. for Real Estate matters.  int the Business Hall.  the present time and thanked Mr. Hess for reaching out to them.  All in favor.  Motion by Commissioner Bunch to exit Executive Session at 10:07 a.m. All in favor.  Commissioners met with EMA/911 Director Brian Barton to discuss the ComPros Maintenance Agreement. Commissioners tabled signing the agreement until further information was gathered.    184  Motion by Commissioner Shives to proclaim April as "Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging Month". All in Commissioners signed a Letter of Support addressed to William Kiger, President, CEO of Pennsylvania Commissioners discussed the Warfordsburg Senior Center, which is county owned, and an inquiry about renting it out. Commissioners agreed on the rental process as long as proper procedures for  favor.  811, recognizing April as Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging Month.  liability measures were in place.
