Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, January 2, 2018 Present: Commissioner McCray, Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Lynch  8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office  The Commissioners attended the formal swearing-in ceremony at the Fulton County Court Commissioner Ulsh opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and recited the Pledge Motion by Commissioner MCray to adopt the By-Laws of the Fulton County Board of  House at 8:30 a.m. of Allegiance to thei flag.  Commissioners as presented. All ini favor. the Board for 2018. All in favor.  Motion by Commissioner McCray to appoint Chief Clerk Lisa Mellott McConahy as Secretary of Motion by Commissioner McCray to set the official meeting of the Fulton County Commissioner Board, Salary Board, and Retirement Board every Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners Office, 116 West Market Street, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. All int favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the minutes of the December 29, 2017 meeting. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to authorize Commissioner Ulsh to endorse an agreement with The Commissioners met with Stephanie Stohon, Wessel & Company regarding Business Matter  All in favor.  Keller Engineers to be one of the County Engineers for 2018.  Issues.
