Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve and authorize Chairman Ulsh to sign the Grant Closeout Report for the The Commissioners had at teleconference with Sheriff Stains regarding Department of Corrections Matters. The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding personnel matters. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to enter Executive Session at 9:30 a.m. to discuss personnel. AllIfavor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to exit Executive Session at: 12:10 p.m. Alli in favor. No action was taken. Motion by Commissioner Bunch, due to reduced workload and the safety of staff, some of the employees willl be laid off on a Departmental Basis beginning April 6until possibly April 30 duet to the COVID-19.
