(Public comments, announcements, and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes unless a court member requests additional  time for the presenter.)  6. County Auditor Request:  I Discuss and consider accepting Greg Griffin's offer from GTG. Automation, Inc. to forego charging labor costs of $7,370 on invoice 2024-08267 for the installation of an automated sprinkler system at the 4-H Shooting Range as a contribution to the County. The County will pay the remaining $15,367.64 for parts and materials from General Fund 005. Take action  as necessary.  7. Health Department Request:  .Discuss and consider establishing a fee for completing the C-100 Form from the Texas Department of Health Services Immunization unit at the request of patrons and take action  as necessary.  8. Human Resource Request:  .Discuss and consider approving the 2025 Holidays for Andrews County. Take action as II. Discuss and consider ratifying the Order designating every Tuesday of the year as the date the Commissioner's Court of Andrews County, Texas, will convene in a Regular Meeting according to Local Government Code Sec 81.005 Terms of the Court Meetings. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2023-2024 Budget year III. Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews  Property under Local Government Code 263.152. under Local Government Code 111.010(d). County and cancel all warrants.  11.
