Supervisor) The. July 16, 2024 Minutes were unanimouslyaproved by motion of Charles Barone and second by Robert Nothing has changed since last month. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. (#64) - 1465 Route 62, Irvine, PA, Pleasant Township, Parcel #YV-932-9463 - Bradley Mason- (previously owned by Lawrence Nuhfer & Stephen Smith) - declared blighted by BPRCon2/18/21 This item was previously tabled until October 2024 and is scheduled for the Upset Sale in (#89) - 2016 Jackson Ave., Warren, PA, Glade Township, Parcel #WN-583-2574 - BSRE Holdings Pamela Matve stated that Supervisor Rusty Zigler from Glade Township was planning on attending today's meeting but was not able to be present. She further reported that the Glade Township Secretary talked to one of the property owners and they stated that they just received the approval letter two weeks ago. However, Pamela Matve stated that she sent it to them a couple of months ago with a letter. They are ready to move forward, but there is no plan, SO Pamela September 2024. 2. LLC- declared blighted by BPRC on 8-17-23 Matve will contact them again. Robert Hart made a motion, with a second by Charles Barone, to table this item until next month. A vote was taken and all were in favor; motion carried. (#91) - 59 Grant St., Tidioute, PA, Tidioute Borough, Parcel #TD-271-825300 - James Struck & Pamela Matve reported that this property has not yet been transferred, sO she will tryt to contact the owner (Struck and Kong) for a status report. She will also try to contact the previous owner for information. Charles Barone made a motion, with a second by Robert Hart, to table this item until next month. A vote was taken and all were ini favor; motion carried. 3. Whitney Kong - declared blighted by BPRC on 11-16-23 NEW BUSINESS 1. (#93) - 887 Route 958, Pittsfield, Pa., Freehold Twp., Parcel #YV-432-368600 - Julia Skinner- Pamela Matve stated that she sent al letter to the owner inviting her to today's meeting, but she did not attend. She also sent hert the donation form. The owner responded to Michael Lyoni int the Planning & Zoning Office and talked with him. She also informed Mr. Lyon that there is someone who wants to purchase the property. The taxes arel being paid on this property. Mr. Whiteley stated that they are disposing of trash on her property. Pamela Matve will get an opinion from the solicitor regarding this item, will try to find outi if the property is in the process of being sold, and will contact the owner, Julia Skinner, again.
