In attendance were Dan Miller, Chief Probation Officer; Darron Butts, Adult Probation Officer; Jody Keefer, Adult Probation Officer and Mary Hann, Juvenile Probation Officer. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Pretrial, Parole & Probation Supervision Week Commissioners met with Justin Evans, Planning & Mapping/Recycling Director, to review dates for the Electronics Collection Event for Fulton County townships and residents. Commissioners approved Wednesday, August 24, 2022 noon until 5 PM and Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 9-1 PM. Evans also talked toi the Commissioners about the vacant municipal seat for the RTTC (Rural Transportation Technical Committee) Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission. Commissioners met with Sid McConahy, Mission Critical Partners and Jeff Reel (via Zoom), Alleghenies Broadband to get an update on the RACP Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program) grant for the broadband project. Commissioners inquired about ownership of the towers that willl be built for the project. Reel recommended further discussion with Upward Broadband and Fulton 72 County and stating that he was not in favor ofj joint ownership. McConahy recommended that Fulton Chief Clerk, Stacey Golden spoke to the Commissioners about a county owned bridge on Laurel Ridge Road over Cove Creek in Ayr Township that needs inspected and also stated that she plans to meet with John Pecze, Municipal Services Supervisor and Craig Redman, Financial Consultant both with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to discuss the Liquid Fuels Program in conjunction with County own the towers and discussed the advantages with the Commissioners. allocations to the townships.
