Saluda Strategic Plan' Workshop Meeting  July 15,2024 at 5:30  The meeting was called to order at 5:30  In Attendance was Tangie Morgan, Gary Heisey, Stanley Walker, Mark Oxtoby, Paul Marion, The meeting was called to order by Tangie Morgan. Gary Heiseyf from the Henderson CounyVsonLeaderanp Program started the meeting off with a version of our compiled  comments from the last meeting.  We worked on our sub sections of our Proposed Strategic Plan Our Mission Statement, OurVision and Our Values  Gary Heisey provided a handout of a rough outline of a Strategic Plan. He then asked the group to got through each section. As the group wentt through each section Gary compiled a Ourtowni is known for its welcoming spirit and strong sense of volunteerism. Iti is at friendly community where residents enjoy al healthy environment to live and work. We are committed to sustainable growth, being financially responsible, and ensuring public safety. Gary plans to provide a draft of the changes that the, group made at our next meeting. Next work session is planned for Monday August 19 at 5:30 at the Saluda Library to  list of the changes to be made to capture the statement below.  We also discussed working on updating our planning documents.  continue creating the Saluda Strategic Plan.
