THROUGHI  N SALUDA,N.C. 8  City of Saluda Board of Commissioners  Emergency Meeting for NC DOT Permit Minutes  SHEGNA8  Date Time Location  6/19/2024 06:30PM  Saludal Library Chambers Room  1- Call to Order  Mayor Morgan called to order the meeting at 6:30 pm 6/19/2024  2-Roll Call  Attendance was taken Present was Commissioner Talbot, Commissioner Walker, Mayor Morgan Commissioner Marion, City Manager Steven Orr, Absent was Commissioner Oxtoby Assistant City Manager & Finance Officer Julie  Osteen, City Clerk Pam Waters and Chief Price  3-C Ordinance Declaring al Road Closure for Coon Dog Day July 6th, 2024  Commissioner Walker made a motion to approve the Road Closure for coon dog day Ordinance with the corrections of changing council to commissioners. Commissioner Talbot seconded all were in favor.  4-A Adjourn  With noi further business to discuss,  Commissioner Marion made a motion to adjourn the meeting Commissioner Talbot seconded and all were in  favor.
