Public Hearing to Consider Incentive for "Project BIRDSEYE"  The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a State of North Carolina Economic Development Incentive for a company known as Project BIRDSEYE." The project has pledged to create up to 25 new, full-time jobs in Pasquotank County, is eligible to apply for a Building Reuse Grant up to the amount of $200,000 through the North Carolina Department of Commerce, and requires the sponsorship of Pasquotank County to make application. If the grant is awarded, Pasquotank County will be required to commit a cash match of 5% of the grant amount toward the project for a total cash match of up to $10,000. Ift the Board supports and endorses the application of "Project BIRDSEYE" to the North Carolina Department of Commerce for an incentive, it will need to adopt the  attached resolution.  B. Approval of Minutes of May 20, 2024 Commissioner Meeting B. Request for Funding to Assist in Providing Swim Lessons  The Finance Committee has recommended approval of a request for $2,500 to help fund the All Kids Swim program. The program will provide swim lessons to the Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc., and potentially summer school participants as Consideration of Request from River City Skippers for Occupancy Tax Funds The Finance Committee has recommended sending a letter of support for the River City Skippers to receive $1,250 from County tourism (occupancy tax) funds for  an extension of Parks and Recreation.  River City Skippers' 2024 baseball season.  D. Fiscal Year 2024-25 Goals  The Board directed staff to develop proposed goals for Fiscal Year 2024-25. Many of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Goals were multi-year goals, and they have been continued for Fiscal Year 2024-25. The Finance Committee recommended  approval of the attached goals.  8.
