Hartford explained that his concern is with potential uses for properties that border residential properties. Hartford highlighted that out of the 25 additional uses, some require a special use permit, SUP. Hartford expressed relief in hearing that there would be limitations for some uses in the C1 zoning district that is adjacent to residential properties.
