Present were Chairman Chris Dockery and Commissioners Tucker Greene,  Bobby Mayfield, Rhett Stringer, and. JeffI Moran. CONSIDERATION OF AGENDA was approved unanimously. RESOLUTIONS  Motion: Commissioner, Stringer moved to approve the agenda and was. seconded by Commissioner Mayfield. The motion  2024-37 Resolution tol Establish the 2025 Budget (Finance Director Abby Branan)  Motion: Commissioner Mayfield moved to approve the resolution and was. seconded by Commissioner Moran. The 2024-38 Resolution tol Establish the 2024 Ad Valorem Tax Millage Rate (Finance Director. Abby Branan) Chairman Dockery read aloud a letter from Lumpkin County Schools Superintendent Sharon Head. He then read aloud Motion: Commissioner Mayfield moved to approve the resolution and was seconded by Commissioner Greene. The  motion was approved unanimously.  the proposed Resolution. motion was approved lunanimously. ADJOURNMENT was approved unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 4:39 pm.
