The motion passed.  A motion to approve the agenda as presented: Robin Hall. Second: Steve Sylvester. All members present Motion to approve the. June 10, 2024 meeting minutes: Mireya Eavey. Second: Chris Adams. Danny Clark abstained based on his absence at the. June 10 meeting. All other members present voted in favor of Based on the four criteria outlined in Sec. 26-355.- Criteria for granting having been met by the applicant, Danny Clark made ai motion to approve. Payton Anderson'si requests, on behalfofTurner Property Holdings, LLC, for a variance from Sec. 26-66. Class VII subdivision, a variance from Sec. 26- 70.- - Residential subdivision requirements. (f), and Preliminary Plat review and approval. This request is related to a proposed Class VII subdivision titled' Turner Estates, tax parcels 079 030C01 and 079030 D02. Second: Miraya Eavey. All members present voted in favor oft the motion. The motion passed. Robin Hall made ai motion to approve Greg Hayes's request for review and approval per Sec. 26-61.- Class II subdivision. Thei request is related to aj proposed subdivision titled Lawrence Road Estates, tax parcels 036016 and 036 023. Second: Chris Adams. All other members present voted in favor ofthe Contingent on Lumpkin County Environmental Health approval, Chris Adams made ai motion to approve Payton Anderson' si request, on behalf of Steve Roth, for review and approval per Sec. 26-61. - Class II subdivision. Thei request is related to aj proposed subdivision titled Sanctum Life, tax parcel 102 094. Second: Robin Hall. All other members present voted in favor of the motion. The motion passed.
