Greentown PA 18426-9215 570-676-9325 e 570-676-9867 fax MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING September 3 2024 CALL TO ORDER: At7:00 pm Chairman Roger Altemier called the meeting to order. Other members present included Al Luberto, Tim Jones and Secretary Kerry Nix - also a member of the P.C. Les Lavoy, Chris Cykosky, Heather Mousley and Al Haldaman were absent. MINUTES OF THE JULY MEETING: The Minutes were accepted as submitted and placed on record. VISITORS: Amy Marciano, Maria Cuartas - Sky Meadows Minor Subdivision Fred Marro, Victoria Marro, Zoltan Ambrus - Marro Minor Subdivision OLD BUSINESS: Marro Minor Subdivision, Victoria Marro presented the Draft of the new deed. Chairman Altemier led the members through the Minor Subdivision Checklist and found that the; Lake Rights issue has been addressed; 40' right-of-way maintenance has been addressed; Pike County comments were addressed, and; 50' width of Route 390 has been confirmed. Al Luberto made a motion to approve this Minor Subdivision subject to. Attorney Jeff Treat's review and approval. Tim Jones seconded. By voice vote, it carried with unanimous approval. NEW BUSINESS: Sky Meadows Minor Subdivision. Amy Marciano explained the intention of this 2 lot subdivision is to create Lot 1, 17.70 acres, a place they can build their home on and whose entrance will be from Hemlock Grove Road. The Remainder Lot will consist of 17.66 acres. The P.C. reviewed the Minor Subdivision checklist and found: The Clear Site Triangle has to be shown on the Hemlock Grove Road driveway; Comments from the Pike County Planning Commission have been addressed; Glen Martin has to sign the Planning Module otherwise it is complete. Tim Jones made a motion to accept this Minor Subdivision as a formal submission with the above mentioned discrepancies being addressed. Al Luberto seconded. By voice vote the The 90-day township review begins as ofi this date and the review letter is to be mailed to motion carried unanimously. Amy Marciano and Maria Cuartas this date.
