Second reading of Ordinance 2024-07 - Ordinance providing for a fee to defray costs of collecting delinquent fines, fees, court costs, and other debts pursuant to  Article 103.0031 ofthe Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.  VIII. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion and/or Action  1. Ordinance 2024-08- An ordinance amending the adopted Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 for specified funds, account and line-item designations; declaring all other appropriations ofthe budget document unchanged; instructing the City Manager toi make necessary revisions to the City's accounting records; declaring a severability clause; and providing for an effective date.
