He presented the Commission with the addition information that they request at the previous meeting. He also presented a report for their engineer. He presented evidence oft the moisture problem on the outside and inside of the buildings. He stated that the three chimneys have been bricked up and are no longer functional. He showed evidence that the chimneys have been repaired in the past. He stated that they are in such a condition that repairs are no longer possible. Hei then explained how they planned to capi those chimneys. Mr. Woolard stated that they did find a manufacture who makes the terracotta, but they would not be able to match the exact color. He stated that if they replace it with terracotta they 1 will bei in the same bout in a couple of years. He explained that the engineer due to financial feasibility states that their initial plan to remove the terracotta and replace itwith the metal flashing would be the best fix. She stated that they recently purchased the house at 519 West Main Street and are renovating the home. She stated that there are 41 trees on the property that are concerning to them, their insurance agent, and their neighbor. Ms. Nichols presented photos of the trees. She stated that thei two trees on the east side ofi the property are both maples and one is encroaching on their neighbor's landscape wall to the point that iti is causing damage. Ms. Nichols stated that thei trees are also entangled in a power pole. She stated that one of the trees also hangs over the 2 neighbor's house and is a problem for her. She: showed close up photos of the two maple trees. Ms. Nichols stated that there are. two magnificent trees on the property, one being a Chestnut Tree and a massive CypressT Tree. She stated that they want to do everything they can to protect these two trees. She explained that the third tree they would like to remove is a Cedar Tree being hinder by the Cypress Tree. She stated that iti is leaning and' Wayne Woolard stated it needed to come down because it can not survive where iti is.
