Mr. Frank' Williams came forward and was sworn in. He stated that they would like to add a deck on the rivers side oft thel house. He stated that they tried to design the deck in such a way that anyone walking the railroad treacle or anyone one the water willl barely be able to notice it. Mr. Williams stated thati it willl be: an improvement tot thej property. He stated that they plan to use wood material; the deck willl have planter boxes as opposed to railing, and willl have steps all the way around. Mark Everett pointed outt thatt the deck would be: something that could be removed int the future, soit would not) permanently: alter the structure. He stated that he liked that some oft thel homes have turned spindles that offer a diamond affect. Ms. Reberts stated that out of19j properties: 9are out of Demolition by! Neglect, 3 are working towards that, and the others willl begin to receive notices from staff.
