However, the Commission may delay demolition or relocation upt to oneyear. Mr. Daniel stated that the Church purchased this house since the property touches theirs. He explained that with any addition the church would need toi increase their impervious soil, SO thata sedimentation pond would not be required. The Committee feltt that since this propertyi ist touching the Church's property it would be in the Church's besti interest to purchase it.
