July 26, 2022  Absentee/Provisional Meeting Minutes  Invocation - Chair Nelson  The absentee meeting was called to order on July 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Cumberland  County Board of Elections by the Chair. Present: Helen Nelson - Chair  Linda Devore - Member James Baker Member Billy King Member NIA  Irene Grimes - Secretary  Staff: Absent: Guests:  Angela Amaro, Vickie Hillburn, Bill Helms  ACTION: Secretary Grimes moves that the Board approve the agenda.  Second: Member Baker Vote: Unanimous  Staff begins printing tapes for absentees and Early Voting. They were signed and verified by ACTION: Member Devore moves that the August 9th, 2022 regular meeting be moved to  board members. No absentee ballots were presented fro approval.
