October 20, 2022 Absentee Meeting Minutes  Invocation - Member Baker  The meeting was called to order on October 20, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cumberland County  Board of Elections board room by the Secretary.  Present: Absent: Staff:  Billy King - Member Irene Grimes - Secretary Helen Nelson - Chair Vicki Hillburn, Angie Amaro  Linda Devore - Member James Baker Member  ACTION: Member King moves that the Board approve the agenda.  Second: Member Baker Vote: Unanimous in favor  Absentee Officer Hillburn presents 186 absentee ballot envelopes: 168 Civilian, 11 Military and 70 Overseas that have been received and reports that the staff recommendation is to approve ACTION: Member King moves to approve the 168 absentee ballots presented by staff  them. Second: Member Baker Vote: Unanimous in favor  Ballots were entered into the tabulator, bringing the total absentee ballot count on the DS200  to 845.
